Sign the petition At the September 12 presidential debate, Democrat Beto O'Rourke made a plea for gun control: "Hell yes, we're gonna take your AR-15. Hell yes, we're gonna take your AK-47." He then got this response on Twitter: "My AR is ready for you, Robert Francis." But this death threat was not from some isolated person sitting in a dark basement. It came from Briscoe Cain, an elected Republican member of the Texas state legislature. Sign the petition to the Texas state legislature: Demand Rep. Briscoe Cain be expelled for disorderly conduct. Article 3, Section 11 of the Texas state constitution says that members may be expelled for "disorderly conduct" by a two-thirds vote. It is time we demand he be removed from office.
